PORT OF VLADIVOSTOK – PASSENGER TERMINAL (RUSSIA)

L’intervento di riqualificazione dell’area portuale di Vladivostok nasce dalla volontà  locale d’integrazione tra gli enti governativi locali e società miste private con capitale  straniero.

L’ntervento ha riguardato principalmente:

1- Ristrutturazione del Terminal passeggeri crocere con la nuova realizzazione di sale partenze ed arrivi internazionali collegato alla Stazione ferroviaria (stazione terminale della famosa linea Transsiberiana) anch’essa completamente ristrutturata. Oltre alle naturali  destinazioni d’uso i due fabbricati integrati sono diventati il centro d’attrazione principale  della città con attività comerciali, centri espositivi, ristoranti.

2- Ristrutturazione ad uso uffici amministrativi e finanziari di due edifici storici denominati  FESCO 1 e FESCO 2.

3- Costruzione della nuova sede amministrativa del principale investitore con capitale straniero “DALRYBBANK”

The redevelopment of the port area of Vladivostok was born out of the desire of local integration between government agencies and private enterprises with foreign capital. The operation has focused on:

1-renovation of the Passenger Terminal cruises with the new realization of international departures and arrivals halls connected to the railway station (terminus of the famous Trans-Siberian line) also completely renovated. In addition to the two buildings integrated natural uses have become the main attraction of the city centre with commercial activities, exhibition halls, restaurants.

2-Office administrative and financial Restructuring of two historic buildings called FESCO 1 and FESCO 2.

3-construction of the new administrative building of the bank  “DALRYBBANK”
