Nel 2013 Pool Engineering, in JV con altri specialisti, ha ottenuto l’incarico per il servizio di assistenza legale, amministrativa, contabile e tecnica per l’attuazione del programma di investimento denominato “Chieti towards 2020”. Lo scopo del progetto è quello di implementare misure di risparmio energetico e l’uso di energie rinnovabili negli edifici pubblici e nelle infrastrutture pubbliche attraverso il coinvolgimento del settore privato (ESCO) nella Provincia di Chieti, in Italia. Pool Engineering e i suoi partner sono stati incaricati di redigere la valutazione tecnica che costituisce la base per i bandi di gara e di contribuire alla definizione delle specifiche tecniche insieme al team legale. Questo gruppo ha anche supervisionato il monitoraggio del lavoro. Un gruppo di monitoraggio ha seguito il protocollo di implementazione e verifica che doveva essere applicato per verificare i risparmi ottenuti e ha monitorato il primo anno di attuazione dei contratti ESCO.

In 2013, Pool Engineering, in JV with other specialists, was appointed to perform the legal, administrative, accounting and technical assistance service for the implementation of the investment program called “Chieti towards 2020”. The aim of the project is to implement energy savings measures and use of renewable energy in public buildings and public infrastructures through the involvement of the private sector (ESCOs) in the Province of Chieti, Italy. Pool Engineering and his partners was charged of drafting the technical assessment forming the basis for the calls for tenders and to contribute to the definition of the technical specifications together with the legal team. This group has also supervised the work monitoring. A monitoring team has follow up the implementation and verification protocol which had to be applied in order to verify the achieved savings and has monitored the first year of implementation of the ESCO contracts.
